Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days after payment is received.
• Expedited Processing is available for an additional cost based on your location. Please select this option at checkout if you need your order sooner.
Shipping
• We ship all orders within the United States using UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on cost and location.
• Shipping costs vary based on the destination and the product purchased. These will be calculated during checkout.
• Free shipping is not available at this time.
• Once your order is shipped, live tracking details will be provided via email.
Returns & Refunds
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened products in their original packaging.
• Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will provide an exchange or a replacement product at no additional cost.
